Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a self-driven sales professional to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the United States. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential and the autonomy to manage your own schedule.

You’ll prospect, educate business owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and earn ongoing commissions with monthly residuals while receiving training and mentorship. Remote work supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience required.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate concepts into business value.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Comfortable with face-to-face selling and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
