Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income for self-driven individuals controlling their time and earnings.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. This remote position offers flexible scheduling and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities
