Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing payments solutions team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses. You can work fully remote in the U.S. with a flexible schedule.

Earn uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, and access comprehensive sales training. If you are a strong closer with B2B experience and the drive to succeed, this role offers exceptional earning potential and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
