Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited income potential and flexibility to control your time and earnings.

Work in a remote-friendly, field-based environment with full training, activation bonuses, and residuals. Uncapped commissions and benefits accompany a path to high earnings for top performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
