Job summary

Xplor Technologies, powering experiences across industries, is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Work remotely with full training and the freedom to control your income. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in merchant services or payment processing, strong consultative selling skills, and a hunter mentality who

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
