Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, activation bonuses, and monthly residuals. You will educate and close with local businesses, working remotely with full training and support.

Preferred candidates have B2B outside sales experience, merchant services knowledge, and a hunter mentality. Youll manage your own schedule while contributing to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
