Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential through activations, monthly commissions, and residuals.

You can work fully remote in the US, calling on local businesses to explain payment processing, close deals, and build a portfolio. Prior B2B outside sales and merchant services experience are preferred, with health benefits and a 401K for full-time

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
