Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and flexible scheduling, ideal for those who want control of time and income.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses, educate owners on saving money, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Remote eligibility is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
