Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You will run your own book of business, manage a flexible schedule, and be supported with training and mentorship.

You can work fully remote in the United States. The position emphasizes face-to-face selling in the field, uncapped earnings, and activation bonuses while building long-term relationships with merchants and businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
