Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Alignment with core values and a good human approach.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions with long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
