Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role. You’ll visit local businesses, educate owners on payment processing savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing residuals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking
• Align with core values and be a good human

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
