Job summary

Xplor is hiring for a remote, commission-based Direct Sales role with ownership of a local portfolio. You will visit businesses to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and long-term residuals.

The role offers uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, flexible scheduling, and training. Must be self-motivated with strong communication and hunter drive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
