Xplor invites motivated, self-driven professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control over their time and earnings.

You will prospect, educate, and close deals with local businesses, earning activation bonuses and ongoing monthly commissions, with health benefits and a 401K on W2. Fully remote work is supported across eligible regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core company values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go to businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long‑term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
