Job summary

Xplor Pay is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, flexibility, and unlimited income potential as you close payment processing deals with local businesses.

You will educate owners on cost savings, work independently with training support, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals. A remote-friendly model lets you operate in your region with eligible rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
