You will partner with an Inside Sales team to grow strategic customer relationships while delivering innovative safety and compliance solutions across industries. This remote role requires travel about 50% to Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana. Ideal candidates have consultative selling experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of expanding

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solutions.
• Knowledge of Transportation, EHS, or regulatory compliance industries preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts clearly.
• Proven negotiation and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell industry-leading safety and compliance solutions to national accounts.
• Partner with Inside Sales to maximize customer success and revenue growth.
• Work remotely while maintaining direct, face-to-face engagement with clients.
• Influence high-value agreements and strategic customer relationships.
• Grow and develop a portfolio of national accounts through strategic plans.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience by proactive issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information.
