Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in a 100% commission-based role. This remote position offers uncapped commissions and a portfolio ownership component, with residual income and flexible scheduling.

As an Xplorer, you will drive new merchant relationships, educate business owners on savings, close deals, and receive ongoing commissions. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a dynamic payments landscape.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating concepts to value.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads with prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions.
• Work independently with full support and training.
