Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role offering unlimited residual income and the freedom to manage your own schedule while promoting payment solutions.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, close deals, and grow your portfolio with comprehensive training and support. Remote-friendly within eligible regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating technical concepts to business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
