Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role is 100% commission-based with residual income and a portfolio ownership component. You can work fully remote in your region with access to training and support.

Successful candidates will have B2B outside sales experience, knowledge of merchant services, and a hunter mentality. The role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and career growth opportunities within a global payments

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
