Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking an Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales to drive payment solutions across the US. This 100% commission-based role offers control of your time and income while building a portfolio of active merchant accounts.

You will educate business owners on savings and streamline transactions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions. Remote work with strong support and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills that translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligned with core values and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
