• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines, plus 3 to 5 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of situations.
• Excel in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for solid customer relationships.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to communicate with internal and external customers.
• Manage time and regional budget requirements.

• Speak in front of small groups and convey technical information.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share inside the regional territory as directed.
• Pursue new business and develop new methods of attaining business.
• Implement strategic business plans to attain a 10% yearly increase in market share.
• Direct clinical demonstrations for qualified target accounts within the territory.
• Coordinate pre-demo with Clinical Sales Specialist to ensure successful demonstrations.
• Nurture current accounts through routine calls, demonstrations, and in-service.
• Develop relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff.
• Be a primary resource for training customers on proper equipment use.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts to the supervisor.
• Attend local, regional and national trade shows.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
