• 3–5 years of field sales experience desired.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of situations.
• Excel in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer development.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Capable of multitasking and managing regional budget requirements.
• Ability to write reports and relay information accurately and timely.
• Ability to prioritize customer requirements and present data clearly.
• Strong public speaking and group presentation abilities.
• Ability to convey technical information concisely.
• Understand basic math for discount calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales revenue and overall market share in the regional territory.
• Pursue new business and develop methods to attain it.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve a 10% annual market share increase.
• Direct the clinical demonstrations for target accounts in the territory.
• Coordinate pre-demo activities with the Clinical Sales Specialist.
• Maintain current customers via regular calls, demos, and in-service education.
