Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines, plus 3–5 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of situations.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for solid customer relationships.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and regional budgets.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and overall market share within the territory as directed.
• Develop new business and advances in strategies to attain growth.
• Coordinate pre-demo and clinical demo processes as required.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and sales forecasts for leadership.
• Maintain and grow relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO and internal safety standards.
