This consultative closer role suits a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery, and managing multi-step sales cycles.

Competenze

• Quota-carrying closing experience in a B2B setting.
• Selling into multifamily or similar buyers (agency/services).
• Experience with long consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups from discovery through close.
• Turn warm meetings and inbound inquiries into signed contracts.
• Engage deals with owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate with strategists.
• Grow multifamily accounts after the initial engagement.
