• Experience with long consultative sales cycles (3–12 months).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups from discovery through close.
• Turn warm meetings and inbound inquiries into signed contracts.
• Engage deals with owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Create proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate with strategists.
• Grow multifamily accounts after the initial engagement.

What You Will Own

• The full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
