Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Multifamily to close new multifamily business and expand accounts, working with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high value deals. This is a consultative closer role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling and deep discovery.

You will own the full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups, build deals with multiple decision makers, and negotiate with our strategists, closing signed

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing full sales cycles in B2B.
• Experience selling to multifamily owners or similar buyers.
• 3–12 month consultative sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence; comfortable remote selling.

Responsabilités

• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Coordinate with SDRs, strategists and leadership on proposals and negotiations.
• Develop proposals, presentations and negotiations with our strategists.
• Grow multifamily accounts after the first engagement.

This is a consultative closer role for a confident communicator who excels in virtual selling, deep discovery and managing multi step sales cycles.

What You Will Own

• The full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.

What You Bring

• Years in a quota carrying closing role, with deals you sourced or were handed and closed yourself.
• Selling into multifamily, or marketing and agency services to similar buyers.
• Experience with longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.
