Job summary
Ladders is seeking an Account Executive - Architecture-IMI to drive growth in large-scale internet infrastructure accounts from discovery to close. This remote role centers on complex routing and optical solutions, partnering with engineering and executive stakeholders to win multi-quarter decisions.
You will manage a multi-quarter Salesforce pipeline, build strategic channel relationships, and influence high-stakes infrastructure deals with CAPEX/OPEX awareness, aiming to exceed revenue targets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in quota-carrying technology sales with a proven track record in high-end routing or optical infrastructure.
- Technical fluency in SP/Enterprise routing architectures and related technologies.
- Experience closing complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure deals with large BOMs.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategy for the internet infrastructure portfolio across account types.
- Lead complex sales opportunities from technical discovery to executive presentation and closure.
- Orchestrate virtual teams and collaborate with systems engineering for impactful proofs-of-concepts.
- Manage a multi-quarter pipeline in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and deal velocity.
- Build strategic relationships with tier-1 channel partners to enhance market reach.
