Lumen Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager II, Desk Based, to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth in a remote, US-based role (OR focus).

You will use consultative discovery to connect customer needs with Lumen solutions across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and AI-related services. The role emphasizes selling through a high-activity virtual process, maintaining Salesforce records, and mentoring teammates while meeting monthly quotas.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience in technology or related industries.
• Experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage opportunities and forecasts.
• Ability to conduct effective virtual discovery calls and web meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management into assigned customers.
• Deliver a strong value proposition to maximize sales revenue.
• Prepare agendas, conduct customer meetings and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal resources to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain updated sales stages and notes in Salesforce.
• Create and maintain account plans and provide activity reports.
• Forecast and commit monthly sales volume and participate in training.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example.
