OEM Refrigeration Sales Executive (Remote)

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive to join our Commercial Cold Chain Sales team in a fully remote US role. You will drive annual territory growth, develop relationships with OEM customers, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions across compression, controls, and software services.

The role requires a Bachelor's or technical degree, sales experience in refrigeration or related fields, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Experience in refrigeration areas: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with both lower-level technical decision makers and executive level financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Aufgaben

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerant (CO2, R290, A2L) solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Identify and define sales growth opportunities across the Copeland controls, compression projects services, and enterprise services products for customers in territory.
• Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales related to the end user customers in territory.
• Recognition and support of closure on opportunities of cross-business refrigeration products to increase recurring revenue.
• Monthly participation in forecast process and updating.
• Monthly participation in our business opportunity management/pipeline process.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer sourcing, purchasing, engineering, marketing, etc.
• Travel up to 30%.
