Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business in North America for industrial refrigeration and heating solutions. This remote role requires managing end-to-end opportunities, engaging with end users, contractors, and engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

• Minimum 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field required.
• Knowledgeable in contract negotiations and understanding financial calculations to close opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet defined sales and gross margin objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to encourage preference for Vilter products.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year.
• Own the sales process from enquiry to closure and provide aftersales support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Present projects and participate in weekly Opportunity Review Board meetings.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strong performance and positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on new technologies and industry trends with Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management.
• Carry out responsibilities ethically in line with company policies.
