Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive for a fully remote role in the United States. You will develop account sales plans, manage territories, and build strong relationships with contractors and end-users while traveling up to 100 nights per year.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, educate customers on new technologies, and close high-value opportunities. A minimum of 5 years in industrial refrigeration account management and a engineering degree are

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or similar field.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet sales and gross margin objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to encourage a preference for Vilter products and services.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year for visits and meetings.
• Lead opportunities from identification through execution and provide aftersales support as needed.
