Job summary

Copeland is seeking a seasoned Account Executive to drive new business across North America from a fully remote base. You will partner with end users, engineers, and contractors to expand Vilter's installed base of industrial refrigeration and heating solutions.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in account management in industrial refrigeration, with ammonia experience preferred. Travel up to 24-100 nights yearly, and close collaboration with engineering and lifecycle teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Equivalent experience in an engineering role may be considered.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close opportunities and understand commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account sales plans to meet sales and gross margin targets.
• Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Educate customers on new technologies and industry trends; present projects to stakeholders.
• Maintain forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year to support regions.
