Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new project opportunities in North America. You will partner with end users, contractors, consultants and engineers to advance Vilter’s refrigeration and heating solutions, with travel up to 100 nights per year.

This fully remote role requires 5 years of account management in industrial refrigeration, a engineering degree, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Ability to communicate both technically and commercially with all levels of the organization and end users.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to encourage a preference for Vilter products and services.
• Regular travel required, up to 100 nights per year.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes through Salesforce CRM.
• Present projects and attend weekly Opportunity Review Board meetings.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strong performance and positive customer experience.
