Job summary

Cyera, based in the United States, is hiring an Account Executive to drive enterprise-wide cloud data security solutions. You will prospect, map customer needs to Cyera’s security platform, and guide deals from start to close.

You will engage with CISO/CIO level stakeholders, collaborate with Sales Engineers, and work in a high-growth startup environment. Travel about 50% is expected; remote work is allowed with occasional onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of overachievement closing large deals.
• 8+ years selling enterprise SaaS in cloud/security/data to Fortune 500.
• Value-based solution selling focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with executives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data security.
• Familiarity with data security frameworks and how they impact business value.
• Experience with formal sales processes and forecasting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive startup environment.
• US-based role with willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Cyera's data security value to customers.
• Develop territory plan with clear goals and forecasts.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Deliver tailored meetings and business value PoVs onsite.
• Engage CISO, CIO-level executives with insights.
• Negotiate and close new and existing accounts.
• Grow presence with alliance and channel partners.
• Attend events and industry networking.
• Align with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Delivery.
• Represent Cyera's ethos and market presence.
