Job summary

Esusu Identity Services (EIS) is hiring an Account Executive in a remote US role. You will build a pipeline across multifamily and owner/operator accounts, lead discovery, and deliver tailored product demos that map EIS capabilities to customer needs.

The role requires 3+ years in related fields and a passion for inclusive financial tech. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage opportunities from PO to close, and travel 1–2 times per quarter for in-person engagement with prospects

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management, leasing, asset or operations, or selling proptech to owners/operators.
• Understanding of multifamily workflows, incentives and pain points.
• Track record of driving outcomes through influence and ownership.
• Ability to demo EIS with workflow, integration and edge-case questions.
• Strong consultative communication to quantify business impact.
• Resourceful prospecting through events, referrals, and in-person engagement.
• Excellent organization with disciplined pipeline management; travel 1–2x per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline across multifamily and owner/operator accounts.
• Generate opportunities via conferences, site visits, referrals, partnerships, and in-person events.
• Develop relationships with senior decision-makers and operators; lead discovery.
• Deliver fluid, tailored demos explaining EIS workflows and capabilities.
• Translate pain points into a business case; run multi-stakeholder sales cycles to close.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Maintain organized forecast and continuous value-focused engagement.
