Job summary

Esusu Identity Services is seeking an Account Executive to translate multifamily market needs into new business. You will own the sales process from initial contact to close, delivering tailored product demos and articulating how EIS reduces fraud and enhances leasing workflows.

Prospecting through conferences, referrals, and in-person engagements, you will represent EIS at real estate events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer value and successful pilots.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience in multifamily proptech or related field.
• Ability to articulate business value and ROI of complex software.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of net-new business across multifamily accounts.
• Lead product demos and tailor them to customer workflows and edge cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive pilots and close deals.
• Travel to in-person events and meetings 1–2 times per quarter.
