Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential with activation bonuses and long-term residuals earned monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
