Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team in the payment solutions space. This role is 100% commission-based with residual income, allowing you to control your time and earnings as you visit local businesses or engage remotely.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
