Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, activation bonuses, and potential for six-figure earnings. Work remotely with strong support and training to build a local merchant services portfolio.

You will educate business owners, close deals, and manage your own schedule while benefiting from a collaborative team culture and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with our core values and maintain strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
