Xplor Technologies is expanding its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team and seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You will target local businesses, educate owners on payment solutions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
