Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for Xplor Pay Direct Sales — a fully remote, commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions with long-term residuals. Independence with support and training provided.

Top reps earn $100K+ annually. Flexible schedules, health benefits, 401K, and Presidents Club incentives.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with hunter mentality.
Align with core values and be a good human.
