We’re seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry, offering a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and a portfolio ownership component.

Location: fully remote in the United States. You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
