Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive for our Engineering Staffing division. The role is remote with territory in Detroit, MI, offering a salary range of $70K-$80K plus uncapped commissions. Final compensation depends on experience and location.

This position focuses on selling engineering staffing solutions and SOW projects to senior engineering leaders. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B engineering services sales; staffing industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B Engineering Services sales.
• Solutions oriented with a strategic sales approach.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct meetings with potential and current engineering leaders.
• Sell SOW solutions and traditional contract staffing, temp-to-hire and direct hire services.
• Develop strategic relationships and establish Kelly Engineering as an expert in engineering services delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver workforce solutions.
