Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive for the Science & Clinical team in a remote-friendly role based in the United States. You will develop business with prospective strategic customers and expand existing relationships, while delivering consultative solutions and leading negotiations.

You will thrive in a performance-driven environment, earning a base salary of $75k-$95k with a lucrative monthly commission structure, plus comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and retirement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and business development experience in Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, and/or CRO/FSP industry.
• Proven ability to develop business; build consultative relationships; thrive in a team environment and have effective networking skills.
• Must be a top performer.
• Demonstrate a strong internal/external customer focus, positive leadership and drive, and solid negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with prospective strategic customers and penetration and retention of existing customers.
• Build relationships, network, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong internal/external customer focus and personal leadership while negotiating and presenting.
• Collaborate with management at all levels to achieve sales targets.
• Adhere to sales metrics and thresholds and stay informed on market conditions.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers, end users, and industry groups.
