Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior sales leader to guide a national team of enterprise Account Executives in selling Drone as First Responder (DFR) and counter-drone solutions to public safety and government customers. You will shape GTM strategy, build partnerships with product and operations, and drive measurable growth in emerging aerial technologies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into scalable deployments and evolve the sales motion in a rapidly expanding

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise sales experience in complex SaaS environments.
• 3+ years leading sales teams in emerging technology markets.
• Experience selling platform technologies or integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a national team of enterprise Account Executives.
• Drive adoption of Axon’s Drone as First Responder network for rapid incident awareness.
• Support customers in building scalable aerial response programs and integrations.
• Expand adoption of counter-drone and airspace awareness capabilities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for emerging aerial tech in public safety.
