Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive complex engagements with law enforcement across a multi-state territory. You will partner with the Sales Director and Axon’s broader team to win new logos, manage relationships, and scale one of Axon’s strategic public safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Highly proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon’s Air products to sell into domestic law enforcement agencies.
• Partner with the Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• Generate leads using alerts, RFPs, and other sources.
• Be customer-centric and develop a contact network to drive customer happiness.
• Develop and execute account strategy to deliver stronger value propositions.
• Forecast and update account management, track competitor activity, and provide feedback to marketing.
• Track customer activity in Salesforce and internal systems to execute strategy.
