Job summary

Axon is seeking an Account Executive for Air products (drones and counter-drone solutions) to drive complex engagements with law enforcement across a multi-state Northeast territory. This remote role requires living near a major airport and 60% travel, reporting to the Sales Director.

You will collaborate with the broader Axon sales team, develop strategic account plans, and manage relationships to deliver real-time outcomes. A strong SaaS background and drone technology knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SaaS Account Executive role.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical understanding of Axon Air products to sell to domestic law enforcement.
• Partner with Axon sales team as a functional expert on the Air program.
• Generate leads through alerts, RFPs, and other sources.
• Build contact networks within accounts to drive customer happiness and growth.
• Develop and execute account strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Forecast and update account management data; monitor competitors.
