Xplor Pay is hiring a motivated Account Executive for its Direct Sales team, with remote work flexibility across the U.S. You will educate local businesses on payment processing, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing residuals.

This is a fully commission-based role with uncapped earnings and comprehensive sales training. You must be a strong communicator, self-motivated, and capable of prospecting and closing in a remote field, with a driver’s license and industry experience

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
