Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking an Account Executive to lead customer growth and relationship development across the Southwest United States. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, coordinating with Hydro’s manufacturing network, and owning strategic account development from opportunity identification through ongoing service.

Qualificações

• 5+ years' experience in sales/marketing, including account management and strategy development.
• Pricing, negotiation and contracts experience is required.
• Detailed sales expertise in a relationship-based environment is required.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Northern California and to Hydro locations.
• Travel approximately 50-65% (3-4 days per week).

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic building, construction, and industrial market customers across the geographic territory.
• Develop account plans to expand market share and profitability.
• Build a qualified pipeline of opportunities involving extruded aluminum products and related services.
• Understand customer applications, buying process, and growth priorities.
• Lead commercial discussions on quotations, pricing, contracts, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and execution.
• Provide proactive communication on lead times, outages, and order status.
• Maintain forecasts, budgets, and pipeline updates in CRM.
