Zusammenfassung

Hydro Extrusions, part of Norsk Hydro, seeks an experienced sales professional to grow market share in the Northeast U.S. from a remote location. You will drive value-added aluminum extrusion solutions, including fabrication and anodize, and manage key accounts within the territory.

Reporting to the East Regional Sales Manager, you will build relationships, forecast and develop new opportunities, and partner with operations to satisfy customer needs. Travel of 50%+ is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of aluminum extrusion sales front-line account management experience.
• Marketing or business degree or equivalent in education or experience.
• Pricing, negotiation and contracts experience required.
• Selling value-added operations including fabrication, machining, anodize and paint.
• Position requires travel of 50% or greater.

Aufgaben

• Manage primary sales accounts and interface with prospects/customers to represent the company.
• Develop customer relationships to grow retention and market share.
• Conduct sales activities aligned with the sales strategy and company policies.
• Build and grow a new business pipeline within existing and new customers.
• Forecast, analyze, and generate reports to support sales decisions.
• Collaborate with customer service and plant operations to resolve account issues.
• Prepare updates and management reports as required.
• Take on special projects defined by Region Sales Manager and Commercial Leadership.
