Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth for Northern California customers across the building and construction sectors. You will manage strategic accounts, develop plans, and coordinate with manufacturing networks to deliver value.

The role requires deep knowledge of aluminum extrusion and related finishings, strong negotiation skills, and regular travel to Hydro locations. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and marketing, including key account management and strategy development.
• Direct experience in the building & construction market; extrusion industry preferred.
• Experience developing commercial strategies that increase market share and profitable growth.
• Travel 50-65% of time (3.5 of 5 days) typically.
• Must speak English; some Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic building/construction and industrial customers across Northern California.
• Develop account plans to expand market share and drive profitable growth.
• Build a pipeline of opportunities in extruded aluminum, fabrication, finishing, and thermal solutions.
• Lead commercial discussions: quotations, pricing, contracts, forecasts, and profitability.
• Coordinate with service, operations, planning, engineering, and credit for onboarding and execution.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, budgets, market maps, and pipeline in Salesforce.
